Maybe inspired by the success of "Velibvelo" in Paris and Lyon France, The City of Portland is going to give it another go at sharing bikes - or renting them as you go - one more time. You can help by giving it a test ride this Friday (Aug 14) downtown and Sunday (Aug 16) at the Sunday Parkways event:
